Chris Bulmer

Chris Bulmer has worked in Richmond for over 20 years and also lives in the borough. Chris is a Director at Bray Fox Smith, a leading property consultancy. He specialises in Landlord leasing and development advice, focussing on the office sector in Richmond and wider West and SW London markets. Over his career, Chris has been responsible for attracting many prominent businesses to Richmond and is passionate about promoting the Borough and the benefits of being based there.

Chris is a keen advocate of place based giving and has recently joined the Development Board to assist in helping those local charities that really need support.
