During the pandemic, charities are experiencing pressure on income and increasing demand on services.  Richmond Upon Thames Crossroads Care, INS, Homelink and the People Hive have each received £10,000 to support their beneficiaries who have been greatly affected by the pandemic.

We are delighted that on 10 March 2021 oneRichmond awarded 15 grants to the value of £104,100.  This will fund local youth projects to deliver activities and services for vulnerable young people across Richmond who have been affected by the Covid-19 crisis.  The funding was made possible thanks to National Lottery players and a £100,000 grant from The National Lottery Community Fund.  The Harlequins Foundation agreed to cover the additional funds required.

At a time when youth organisations are experiencing cuts to services, this is good news. (more…)
