Chanade Ramsay

Chanade Ramsay is the Regional Social Value Lead at Kier Construction, where she leads the social value team in supporting project delivery and championing initiatives that create lasting benefits for local communities. In this role, Chanade ensures Kier projects deliver more than just buildings, driving social value through employment opportunities, skills development, and community engagement.

Chanade has a strong connection to Richmond through Kier’s work on the brand-new Twickenham Riverside development and local school, Clarendon SEND. She is particularly passionate about supporting children and education, collaborating with schools and local charities to develop programmes that inspire learning, nurture talent, and create opportunities for young people to thrive.
